This year the Sneakerness European Tour once again made a stop at Cologne, Germany – this time from the 21st until the 22nd of May, 2011.

As always, there was a lot of heat to be seen – on the feet of the visitors as well as on the selling tables.

Long time no ’see’.

We know it has been a while since our last post but us folks at AZITA headquarters have been really busy searching for new stuff which we will be offering you in 2011.

That took a lot of time but we now promise to post stuff on a more regular basis for the future.

We are now very proud to welcome the ACRONYM A/W2010-11 collection instore and online.

The Munich, Germany based design agency founded by Michaela Sachenbacher and Errolson Hugh in 1994 is known for its unification of style and technology in apparel.  The name ACRONYM stands for the usage of only the best materials, the newest technology and most functional designs.

It is always a pleasure for us to open the boxes after the new shipment has arrived and to explore the new (and sometimes hidden) features of these wonderful jackets and accessories. These are not only VERY functional but also looking very nice as well.

Well done (as always), ACRONYM.

last month was the VIVA PERSIAN night at Club Michel with Badia & Iman.
it was really nice. and the food was so good that i forgot to shot more pictures, sorry.

we have four new postcard out. this time no fashioncards.

This time we wanted to do a little series about the good old times. back in the day there was no youtube. you had to got to the store and buy a video tape to watch your favourite pros. and there was no google maps to track down all the spots that you saw. but still we all knew the layout of let’s say carlsbad high by heart. when people started to film long lines around ‘95 they kind of accidentally showed us kids not living in cali around their home spots. it was like a guided tour hosted by pros. i remember someone who visited san francisco telling me about how funny it was to know where each ledge or bank was located at spots that you never ever skated at yourself before. to me these four spots and all the others like emb, huntington high or the brooklyn banks are like the wimbeldon centre court, the mont ventoux or the monza grand prix circuit. holy ground, highlander . . . holy ground!!

Richardson A4 the Sasha Grey issue. It seems like forever and we actually don’t want to remember the pains and efforts we had to go through to get our hands on the previous issues of Richardson Magazine. But it wouldn’t be us if we didn’t make sure that you don’t have to go through the hustle of getting your hands on this gem this time around. We even got a small number of the limited Tee’s. If you still don’t know you better get familiar!

always a big pleasure to meet yué and his skills.

I was in one of the most ghettolike suburbs of Frankfurt – Höchst -  for my new car. I then got very hungry and there was just this shitty imbiss next to a garage. I said to myself, “no chance, if I eat at this place, i will probably spent the rest of the day at the toilet.” But there were not many alternatives, so I decided to go in and check it out.

- POW -J A C K P O T-  an old mama in the kitchen, who takes care of that place since the early 80´s.  She´s the mama of the guys that own the garage and she knows who to please hungry hardworking men. Everything was perfect and I had a delicious lunch and talk.

i eat the fish platter and it was nearly like home. perfect she made my day.
