We get a lot of visitors at our SF retail store. Here are a look at some of the recent ones that have inspired me in some shape or form to push the brand further. Thank you for stopping by and keeping me motivated!
Eddie Zammit and his friend Deb are visiting from Australia. Eddie is the man behind the T-world Journal. It’s the worlds only printed journal dedicated to T-shirt culture. I posted some pics of the amazing t-shirt exhibit they had here. If you haven’t seen their latest issue focusing on NY t-shirt brands you are missing out.

You Are Beautiful is a campaign dedicated to positive change and empowerment. I personally love the project and have watched it grow over the years to be very inspiring to myself and others. We even collaborated together in 2004 on This Is An Outlet where Matthew (pictured with his wife) he sent artist around the world and electric outlet cover to install as public art. Mine included a sketch I did while traveling in Japan along with the stickers in my pocket.

Benji and Ducky spent the weekend in SF recently. Benjie is the lead designer over at The Hundreds. Over the years I have had the pleasure of meeting most of the creatives behind the streetwear brands that we all love. Benjie is by far one of my favorites and we have become great friends geeking out over design and illustration.

John Prolly, on the left, is the man behind the insanely popular bike blog Prolly Is Not Probably. He has become a voice for the fast growing fixed gear culture. Is that bourbon for me? Little known fact about Prolly is that he is also an architect and help design the Mishka stores.

Local legend and amazing skate photographer Joe Brook is always a pleasure to see. He came to the store recently, with his son Archer to talk about our upcoming t-shirt collab. If you been to our store you will know Joe’s work. His Mission St. photo is framed and hangs in the store proudly!
