Just in time for the holiday season is a new striped beanie. Custom two colored stripe pattern created by the flight pattern from our paper plane icon makes up this warm cuffed beanie. It’s cold in the city so the timing couldn’t have been better.

SF’s annual kingpin disco bowling event went off the other day. It’s an amazing invite only holiday get together for SF’s streetwear retail family. All the retail shops are invited to loose bowling competition to celebrate the holidays.

What I love about SF brands, stores and people is that we are all family. Even thou most of us are busy with our shops and brands when we get together it’s a family event! It was great to see everyone! Happy holidays!

This year was the busiest I have ever seen it. I love that retail is thriving and doing well in our city! Look at that line to get it.

Undefeated recently opened up in SF and this was their first year at bowling – welcome to the city!

The Benny Gold brand and myself are proud to be a part of the Battle of the Bay Charity Project. Our friend and colleague Luis Ruano put together a charity auction to give back this holiday season. It’s an awesome chance to do something good and also win some prizes, from a few great brands including: New Era, Benny Gold, The Brooklyn Circus, MrSF, Huf, Upper Playground, FTC and Shoe Biz.

Luis designed a really cool new Era fitted hat inspired by the 1989 World Series between the Oakland A’s and San Francisco Giants. This hat is one of a kind and there are only 12 in existence. You will have to donate for the chance to own one!

I love our SF retail store. We’ve recently added a few design details to the space. Little surprises that make the store uniquely ours.

We needed a display area to show off some of our new cut & sew items.

Photos of our upcoming Be@rbrick collab have been leaking lately — mostly out of Japan. This is the best one I’ve seen so far.

The idea behind the Benny Gold Be@rbrick is based on the iconic fog that blankets San Francisco. The bright red head and ears of the toy represent the iconic Golden Gate Bridge peaking up out of the fog—one of the many picture-perfect scenes that make San Francisco such an amazing place.

Here is my rough sketch of the concept. I hope the toy did justice to our amazing city and the fog that covers it.

Last night our beer fridays turned into a impromptu holiday party, at the shop, for friends and family. Thank you to everyone that came out. I don’t think I have ever seen that many people in the shop at once.

This Friday come celebrate the holidays with us. It’s the annual Mission Holiday Block Party! We’ll be open late and have free beer by PBR till 10pm. 3169 16th Street in the heart of the best neighborhood in the city!
