Thank you to everyone that participated in the hXc quiz. The positive response was overwhelming! I received well over 200 entries and spent my weekend packing envelopes full of shirts for the winners. Thanks again everyone and I hope you enjoyed it!

Tribute to Hardcore Free Shirt Quiz

29 May 2009, 03.32 | Posted in Uncategorized | 1 comment »

Today The Hundreds Tribute to Hardcore shirt series dropped at both of their SF and LA stores. They were nice enough to send me a box of the one that I designed. I want to give them away to the people that really wanted them but were unable to get to The Hundreds stores.

Feel free to use google or any other way to get the answers. This shirt and quiz are meant to be an introduction to something that I am passionate about. Hopefully you will find the music genre as exciting as I do. If not – no bid deal. It still was a fun project to be a part of.

The first 20 people email me the most questions correctly will receive a free shirt. Don’t forget to include your shirt size & address with your answers!

The Hundreds: A Tribute To Hardcore Collaboration Shirt

27 May 2009, 02.04 | Posted in Uncategorized | 4 comments »

Skateboarding and punk rock has been played a huge part of my life. Having a brand is a great medium to express yourself and hopefully get people excited about the stuff that you find really inspiring. This is my collaboration shirt with The Hundreds for their Tribute To Hardcore series. The shirt will be releasing at both The Hundreds San Francisco and Los Angeles stores on Thursday May 28th. The graphic is based on few things that really stuck out to me growing up: The rawness of a concert flyer and the bands like Gorilla Biscuitsand Bold that adorned them.

The mailman dropped off a few really nice packages for me today at my office. The nice people at Gravis, The Hundreds and Johnny Cupcakes hooked me up with some promo gear. Thanks so much! If you are curious why these 3 brands hooked me up, it’s because iI have projects in the works with all 3 of them. More on those projects later.. promise.

A visit from The Hundreds

Before the Hundreds 1 year anniversary party Ben and Bobby stopped by my house to talk about upcoming projects and just catch up. I think they were more interested in my dog Levi then anything else. I can’t blame them thou. Levi rules and learned how to off leash walk this week. I am a proud parent. Check out some pics from our afternoon together on The Hundreds Site. Congrats on the anniversary guys!
