Last week end we’ve seen so different sport battles…

Let’s start with one of the most fantastic bball game I’ve seen since years PLAYOFFs GAME 1 SPURS vs SUNS. So tight So intense So dramatic So thrilled. 2 overtimes… The perfect game! Duncan who saved his team and shoot for 3 (he was only the third option!) and scored at 48 sec. from this end!!! Come on! Manu Ginobili once again saved his team and his one of the most incredible quiet player (off court) I’ve seen!

Then you’ve got one of the most boring boxing battle of the year!!! HOPKINS vs CALZAGHE… Hopkins love to destruct the styles and the pace of his opponent. It was tough, slicky, tricky. HOPKINS tried to cheat and do not boxed fair… But He lost and now CALZAGHE is the new WORLD CHAMPION who reunified 4 titles (Titles: WBO & IBF & The Ring Champion Belt Fights: 44 Wins: 44 KOs: 32)!!!

And I won’t speak about soccer… BORDEAUX is THE team for sure… And by respect for all the parisian soccer team what can I say…

Anyway to coma back on track with more street culture news, recently I’ve bought the latest SANTA INOUE manga TOKYO BURGER. A kinda spin-off of TOKYO TRIBES.

 I’ve always love manga. I think it’s threw manga and asian culture that I’ve been connected to street culture, sneakers, toys etc… Im gonna try to talk more and more about manga and anime in this blog…

Santa INOUE is not the most incredible mangaka on earth, but his draw and his world get better and better book after book. He is really good to create a sureal atmosphere inside his pages with so many realistic details… I love SARU! And SANTASTIC is for some unknown reason always one of my favorite when I come to tokyo! COming up soon TOKYO TRIBE 3… SARU, WARU are coming back for japanese gang fights!

You may probably know (or not) if you are a HS blog reader that last week more than 300 journalists from all around the world have been invited to a NIKE BEIJING SUMMIT. NIKE was showing its latest new stuff and gear and upcoming products from the olympics games.

But we were also invited to discover new sport culture products (nike marketing name for street oriented products) – embargo date for the pics till the 12th of may grrrhhhhh – sorry folks!. That’s why the whole street culture bloggers and magazines were invited in PORTLAND. Here are some pics of this 2-1 days event.

the new FLYWIRE technology. for me one of the most incredible technology since the AIR system. For the first time in sneakers or sports shoes we gonna have real new silhouette. It’s gonna change the whole way to think and design a shoe. The whole upper is made with only one slide of materials, and then some part are consolidate with strong VECTRANE wires.

A lunch break time to rebuild the digital world with all the other guys, not as ugly as JEFF for sure… Don’t mess with this guy he IS the real internet thug!
