I dont really talk about politics in HS blogs. I dont think it is the right place and the right blog for that.

I will make an exception today, for that very post.  I feel very concern about the events in french west indies/caribbean (GUADELOUPE, REUNION, MARTINIQUE…).Riots started 2 nights ago. Young french west indies guyz are fed up about a situation which is rely to the darkest side of french history.

Those guyz from west indies territory deserve our respect and our solidarity : they’ve been in slavery during more than 300 years, they’ve got less salary than the french of france, they’ve got higher prices than we can actually find in french shops, the whole business in the islands are between the hands of 5 families (ex slaves owners), and all the business can only be rely to FRANCE, the west indies guyz cannot deal with USA, or other CARIBEAN countries… It is a crazy situation and nobody want to really take care about it. We can laugh when BUSH is actually going too late in NO, after KATRINA disasters, but since one month (start of the huge strikes) N. SARKOZY has never been to WEST INDIES. It is really a shame!

I hope that a real solution will be find soon. And that french politics men try to find deep solutions to that racist/slavery/past history french problems. It is not only an economical problem, but a real social one.

BIG UP to GWADA! And all the guyz in WEST INDIES who are fighting for justice, peace and freedom.

One of my favorite west indies band MALAVOI, I used to listen when I were younger.

As i told you in my previous post it was a real hectic week.

Because we’ve also got the LA BOCA x EXHIBITION at THE LAZY DOG Galerie with CASIO x G-SHOCK.

I am very happy to organise and was able to produce this exhition, with the help of ROMUALD x LAZY DOG.

We’ve got fun, but we were also very happy to show Scott x LABOCA work.

He has a very personal own style, very different and so fresh. It was a great show, more pictures available at BKRW.

Then after the show, we’ve decided with ALEXIS LE TAN x Monsieur L’AGENT, JINO and IMEE x HELLZ, LEO and THOMAS x ILL STUDIO, ROMUALD and AURELIE x TLD, to go to eat nearby at CHEZ PAUL a really good traditionnal french restaurant (another one! lol)

Then it was also the CHINESE NEW YEAR in our parisian chinatown… Each year, it becomes more and more traditionnal… With more and more traditionnal events… Like this dragon parade in front of all the restaurants…

And we’ve finished an entire sunday afternoon to shoot the DEL2 of HELLZ FALL/WINTER 09 lookbook. Again with MARION PARIS. It was maybe -10°Celsius. A big shout out to the nice model NINON, who brave the violent cold of PARIS. And a big merci to GUILLAUME who welcomed us in his very confortable apartment.

PARIS PARIS PARIS… wow! Now you know!

It was one of the most hectic week since a long time. Just when I came back from BBB Barcelona (between / I need to post that pics)…

I cant even post it in ones! lol

Everything start with the coming of my guyz from HELLZ in PARIS, they were invited by WHOS NEXT tradeshow. JINO and IMEE start with a very frenchy traditional dish : LA BLANQUETTE DE VEAU.

During this week BKRW/CREATIVE AGENCY was in charge of their new FALL/WINTER 09 LOOKBOOK. And made 3 fashion shoots in 6 days.

We start that work with a fashion shoot with something like a preview for BKRW, we did shoot with MARION PARIS in PARIS, in a whole new hotel called MAMA SHELTER.

It was designed by STARK. It is in a cool area of PARIS, not so close from downtown but cheap, with a nice warm atmosphere.The pictures should be really nice, our home model was great (merci Tai!)!

We could not do all this without the help of the owner of the place JEREMIE T.

Then It was the time for parisian tradeshow : WHO’S NEXT. It was actually better than the previous, the choice of the brand is still boring but the display and the very inside of the show was kinda good. We’ve met many friends :
