Stockholm locals, Salong Betong crew(well known and respected Tattoo studio & Multi level brand marketeers), makes a Reebok clothing capsule collection together!

Last year they made a Reebok Classic Leather Ultra Lite in only 100 pairs(30 to the publice the other to close friends) Now it´s time for the clothning line to get a SB twist!!

The release for this new clothing collabo collection is set for next Thursday instore at our SFD Sneaker shop in Stockholm.

Axel Boman & Petter exclusive: “SALAX PEEP SHOW” mix

The 7th volume of the C Music Mix series features world renowned Stockholm dj’s Axel Boman & Petter Nordqvist, or SALAX PEEP SHOW as the duo calls them

selves when djing & making music together.

Besides their own individual carriers (with highlights including Axel’s “Holy Love EP” on Pampa & Petter’s classic “Some Polyphony” release on Border Community) & an array of upcoming gigs across the globe, Their joint venture was recently featured with a remix on the latest Parallel Dance Ensemble 12″ released on acclaimed Munich imprint Permanent Vacation. In the very near future SALAX PEEP SHOW are coming up with another remix on Spanish label Hivern Discs. Plus they are just about finished with their debut 12″ coming out on hyped Swedish record label Studio Barnhus!

We are extremely happy that Axel & Petter managed to take some time of their extremely busy schedules to record this mix for us; A fantastic blend of classic house music, odd synthezeiser numbers & leftfield disco.

The Sandqvist x Ekstedt x C Store collection

Together with Swedish restaurateur Niklas Ekstedt & accessory makers Sandqvist, Caliroots C Store presents a unique capsule collection celebrating the opening of Niklas’ new self titled restaurant “Ekstedts”.

The restaurant, which opens in mid November on Humlegårdsgatan in Stockholm, is given a distinct, lodge-like wooden decor & draws inspiration from Basque quisine, with cooking concentrated on a large open fire grill.

Niklas wanted the staff to wear aprons that matched the enviroment of the restaurant & came to us at the C Store for help. We suggested to collabo on this with the swedish bagmaker Sandqvist, which we thought would be an excellent choice for Ekstedts with their rugged canvas & leather accessories.

Consisting of a chef apron & knife case produced by Sandqvist using rugged cotton canvas & oiled leather detailing. Designed with the help of Niklas Ekstedt, whos expertise & long experience in kitchen work set the standard, the collection perfectly matches the rustic nature of “Ekstedts” & the aprons will be worn by the staff at the restaurant.

“The robust & simplistic design of Sandqvist was exactly what I was looking for. The aprons came out so good that I decided to use them for the staff at Restaurang 1900 aswell. Being part of the design process was something I really enjoyed!” says Niklas Ekstedt about the collaboration.

The apron (€99/SEK 895:-) & knife case (€79/SEK 695:-) is available in cobalt blue & khaki & can also be purchased as a gift set together with Niklas Ekstedt’s latest book on Swedish cuisine (€149/SEK 1495:-).

The Sandqvist x Ekstedt x C Store collection will be available for purchase exclusively through our C Store retail space on Regeringsgatan in Stockholm & online @ caliroots.com/c-store starting November 30d.
