I went to see the amazing Still Bill documentary about Bill Withers a while ago and sat in for the Q and A session after. I was the guy who asked him about I Can’t Write Left Handed his amazing and obscure anti war tune. He was a totally down to earth groovy cat and the documentary was excellent see it if you dig his music and want some insight to him and his amazing and unique career.

This was a ton of fun enjoy I know I did. ALIFE always keeping it interesting and accessible to the right people and thats what it’s all about if you ask me. Have to take my hat off to Drake and Hiphop for deciding to do this on the eve of dropping what will be next weeks number one record most likely. I dig the fact Drake knows where he comes from,his open humility even if he did he first name greatest last name ever once upon a rhyme. Regardless good vibes in what could have been madness, not too rammed in the spot and another feather in the cap for my ALIFE peoples. I remember telling one shoe executive we need to break bread with Drake now this time next year he’s the guy……I wonder if he remembers that convo and I wonder how much he will realize he missed the boat when Drake drops in at Number 1 next week? Sprite got th,e memo why my dude couldn’t well thats another story all together……I mean Steve Rifkind didn’t see it why should a sneaker executive right?
