Another perfect example of why intellectual property law needs to be updated in order to be relevant in today’s new music ecosytem. Ophir Kutiel, aka Kutiman, is scoring more than a million view with this collage/mashup of youtube amateurs musician videos. Copying ? derrivative ? def not.
