Yesterday we went to catch up with our Belgian distributor Jean from Citykingz to check out his new store / gallery in Ghent and talk some business. Last year he opened a store / gallery together with his friend from Toykyo in the heart of Ghent that expresses their passions: toys, books, mags, cans, sneakers, shirts and art…let’s have a look:

The neighbour of Toykyo is Cream; great store who carries Ontour and to our surprise their shopwindow was covered with our SlicedSneaker tape! Cheap promo material, maximum effect. Less is More right?

If I was Andre I would collect all the images of girls round his sculpture and make a nice poster wall for your bedroom or something like that.

My girlfriend went to Mu-See-um, or something cheesy like that: a museum all about blindness. So she told me she walked around for one hour in total dark spaces. Sounds good ehh? And another exhibition all about optical illusions…anyways she brought me this super cool eyeball that I constantly keep playing with. I think it’s pretty sick to sell eyeballs in a museum about blind people, but I’m very happy with my gift. It rotates in its own shape and when you bounce it it starts blinking in different hysterical LED colors…

Best toy of 2007 so far I would say:

Yes ya’ll, it took a while…been out of the blogospheres for some time…because work got a little bit crazy here and did a bit too much of the old partying. Last weekend was the worst in a while. On sundays we went to check out Uffie in the Effenaar. Effenaar is the best music venue here and got rebuilt last year, I’ll tell more about this in the future, cause our new office will be really close to this place!

Anyways…Uffie….first had a small party at our place and most of our peeps looked like this when we entered the concert:

Instead of being wise and go home when this party ended at 4 in the morning, we took a taxi and asked the driver to take us to a river, underneath a bridge near Eindhoven Airport…

Well, we were not there to do some early morning bird spotting but we heard some illegal party was happening over here and indeed, rumors were correct:
