At he moment Hilde and I are in South India, to follow up some Ontour production and sampling in one of the factories we work with. We’re here now since a couple of days, our first time in India and and we love it. We had some days off and we visited the Kerala area, Munar and Thekkary to be exact. Nature is amazing here and we stayed in some unbelievable places. Here some snaps of the last couple of days. I’ll post more when I’m back in Holland cause my camera is packed!

And I’m having fun as you can see;)

Yes, we started counting…in about 6 weeks the complete Ontour team will be in Berlin showing our S10 collection at Bread and Butter! As you might have heard they’ve moved the complete circus back to where it all started..Berlin. We have sweat memories thinking back at the last edition in Berlin, where we showed our Sliced Ontour collection. So we can’t wait heading out there. This time the location will be the city airport Tempelhof which looks amazing, imagine our booth in the following pictures:)

The final floorplan is also clear now and it looks like it’s going to be fun again…CTRL, Les Sixpacks, Die Wemotions und DRMTMs, Staple, Penfield, Gourmet, Sabre and our Japanese distributor Haka (Products Classics) from Raddlounge and Blues will be our neighbours!

Hope to meet you there in boothnumber SPR 02.13 Sports and Street area.

For the launch of our ‘Tonight’ SS09 collection on Freshcotton we did this special project with North Face and Lowlands…one Freshcotton customer was picked and won 2 tickets for Lowlands festival and 1 North face x Freshcotton x Ontour tent to camp on Hollands best outdoor festival. Arthur is the lucky bastard and he should feel really lucky cause the tent came out really nice and Lowlands announced some new names like Faith No More, Grace Jons, 2 Many DJ’s, Blocpart, Calexico, Dizzee Rascal…Hopefully I can find this tent somewhere on the campsite to take some picts in use! Here a small preview:

Our friend Eddy moved from Paris to Amsterdam a while ago, bringing a breath of fresh air to the streets in Holland. I really like his style and humour and when you bump into his paintings glued onto walls surrounded by tags and throw ups, you stop walking and eventuallt walk further with a smile on your face…check out his blog and when you live in Amsterdam, keep an eye out on the Albert Cuyp market this year!

De La Soul Saturdays

Apparently last saturday it was the anual Rollerdisco at Studio K here around the corner in Amsterdam…I didn’t really feel like going, but these 2 guys had been talking about all year and begged me to join them…

I skipped the rollin’ part and focussed on the bar, but Sebas couldn’t wait putting his skates on…in the beginning he still was a bit intimidated by the pro’s with fluor leg warmers as you can see:

But pretty soon he got into it and started showing off:

And doing ‘The Locomotion’:

Peter first tried with his board but got kicked of the floor and soon was doing pirouettes on the dance floor (sorry, no picts of that)…

here some more Rollergirls:

As I said some focussed on the bar..

Last thursday Queensday Amsterdam. After the shocking news in the morning of the attack in Apeldoorn, where this crazy guy tried to drive into the royal family, killing and injuring people watching the Royals drive by in a bus, we were on the streets in Amsterdam. Johnny Jordaanplein to be exact.

A good streetparty was hosted here at bar Waldorf by Rush Hour, Ben-G, Rockwell, Patta and Mo Manager amongst others..

Packed packed packed…

These guys made sure everybody was having a good time…Beesmunt, Wix, Tom Trago, Lil Vic killed it, crowd loved it.

Hilde leaving on the pizza guys scooter…Bye!
