ART DIRECTORS CLUB, Berlin

The ADC (Art Directors Club) took place last weekend in Berlin. It’s the biggest and broadest German award ceremony in the field of communications. The best commercials and advertisements in print, tv, online media etc. were awarded and honored. Big players like 180, TBWA, Saatchi&Saatchi, Jung von Matt, DBB, Scholz & Friends etc. as well as smaller agencies and creatives were featured.

Last year Karl Lagerfeld was one of the main speakers, this year Mario Testino and many more…

I spent pretty much my whole Sunday at the exhibition! Very interesting approaches, subjects and ideas. Here just a few of my favourites:

Comedy Central – We take things seriously:

And those were found in the restrooms… Ben&Jerry cups filled with “snow” and rolled up bills (I believe we all know what this is supposed to resemble) stating: “Why use snow if you can have real ice cream!”
