Parra@Pool Gallery, Berlin: Yesterday Pool Gallery opened Parra’s first ever exhibition in Germany called: “I like the tee shirt but I will get the painting.” Rather unexpectedly a mad amount of people showed up right from the start and the exhibition opening turned into a nice block-party-style get-together!

I was really impressed by Parra’s artwork, especially the figures, and had the pleasure to meet him. Piet is like the most relaxed guy ever, super friendly and humble. Just like one of us. I like that.

Btw. a lot of girls not only came for the art, but also to get a glimpse of Mr. High-in-demand in real life.
