We hit the road a while ago to gather some furniture for our new store SOTO. David, Omario and I rented a big ass truck, drove 1.750km in 48 hours, saw the craziest vintage furniture and some old friends&family, had no sleep, but a damn good time!

We’re getting ready over here in Berlin for the PXA Basketball tournament in May in Amsterdam. Especially, our ladies are putting a lot of effort in it, practicing their cute butts off, sweating, shooting hoops, bouncing to music… and ready to kick some serious ass! So beware Pigalle. Beware Uslu Airlines. Beware Nike NSW. Coach Emily is on the run…

Yoske San is HUGE!

I received this incredibly cool package the other day. The packaging already blew my mind. Very detailed, high quality, subtle.

The good guys over at Onitsuka Tiger really put some thought into this. They sent me this black flat box, which was sent to only 4 people wordlwide, with a personal hand-written note:

The set included a windbreaker, a hand-drawn sumi painting and a “key” to get some more insight into the collection:

Two months before the MADE opening we chose 5 Berlin hotspots to hang up screens with a live stream straight from our location, to make people curious and let them be part of our heart project…

What is MADE?

Henrik Vibskov exhibited his works a while ago here in Berlin. I had the chance to interview him… big thanks to Rike and Pauline for the opportunity!

Recently, Weekday opened their 2nd flagship store here in Germany. I was fortunate enough to be at the opening in Cologne and honestly up till then Weekday wasn’t really on my radar. The more I was impressed by not only the collection, but also by the sympathy and history behind the brand.

The opening was super packed. Even the rain couldn’t stop people from lining up…

The overall look of course is very Scandinavian (think skinny Jeans, oversized T-shirts, Rock’n Roll etc.). The shop is huge and best part of it are the selected vintage pieces throughout the whole store. Military jackets, bomber jackets, Starter Jackets, Vintage Levi’s jeans…. you name it. Amazing.
