Anonymous Gallery, NYC is pleased to announce the release of The New Hustle, by Greg Lamarche. This silkscreen edition of 100 is the first print collaboration with the gallery. Printed in 5 colors on white 335 GSM, Coventry rag paper, the work measures 24 x 18 inches. Signed and numbered by the artist and printed by Axelle Fine Arts. This edition is available for $225. Letters, graffiti, text and hand-styles all inspire this new edition. It builds on his signature style of mixing fonts, repetition, combining multiple perspectives and bold colors. To preserve the over-all hand-made quality he created an original paper collage of hand-cut letters as the basis for this print. The New Hustle speaks to a do-it-yourself sensibility of artists finding new strategies to get their work out in to the world and creating situations to get in where you fit in. 

Born and raised in New York City, he has been making collages since the sixth grade when he used spent fire works he gathered from the schoolyard as material. He began writing graffiti in 1981 and published Skills magazine during the early 90s. He has worked both as a designer and artist since 2000.
