A little help?

Here is a photo of my lovely roomate Alex rocking a tee she picked up recently from Vinnie’s Styles on Flatbush Ave. It’s the Bwood x Vinnie’s Alumni tee and its obviously 16 famous faces from hip hop. We were able to immediately recognize Lauryn, Ghost, Jay, Biggie, Nas, Snoop, Meth, Q Tip, Pun, Prodigy, and Busta, but none of us can figure out who dude in the middle of the top row is! All we know is he’s a dead ringer for Blue on From G’s to Gents! Seriously though, we’ve asked a decent amount of heads and can’t seem to come up with an answer we all agree on. We’re feeling mad stupid right now, can someone help us out? Holla!
