My longtime homie and partner in many memorable events, DJ Gravy has had his Rice and Peas party poppin all over the city for a minute. A few weeks ago he brought up Collie Buddz for a live show at Santos and put together this edit from the trip for Large Up, the Jamaican music blog. I’ve been a fan of Collie Buddz since “Come Around” and am still blown away by the fact that he is a white dude from New Orleans that grew up in Bermuda and went to college in Canada, if his success in dancehall reggae isn’t proof that anything possible in this world I don’t what is.
