1996…Turned 21!

Heres an ad I found while googling some of the old companies I loved.  The Nicotine Wheel Company was found at one store in Hawaii and what I loved more then having the wheels was having all the Tees.  Nicotine, Metropolitan and a hint of Polo Caps was the everyday wear back then.  Take a look at A.
