I voted for the 1st time ever!
The shit was a bit overwhelming. Damn near started balling when I was at the voting spot.
For the 1st time it really fucking hit me. On some….OHHH SHIT! This shit is one of the most historic days anyone that is alive right now. I fucking voted for a Black Man to be the Prez.
You would think this shit would have set in when I heard Obama speak last year in Washington Sqr Park, in NYC. But it did not.
But today I woke up feeling great. The the weather is wonderful, the sun is shinning and everyone is in high hopes around my way.
When I was walking to my polling spot I saw some girl with a video jumpie. She turned it on me and for the 1st time I said “Go Obama” to someone.
Felt so fucking rad! The chick went on to yell GO OBAMA like 10 times while going about her way.
Shit, even now I feel like dropping some tears. Talking about sinking in! Oh yes the shit has sunk hard!
**Oh yeah, if you’re asking why I had to fill out the provisional ballot, it is because my name was not on the list. But I know I am good to go, I just didn’t get the papers in the mail. I filled out my shit wrong when I 1st did it so they sent it back to me, but I sent that bad boy right back. So, I am thinking I just didn’t make the cut as far as being on the official list to push the buttons and what not.
Long as my shit counts I DON’T GIVE A FLYING FUCK!
I can’t wait till tonight! I will be glued to the TV and net!
