Puma will be releasing their next limited edition sneaker from their The List program later this season. This time they took the Sky Hi and gave it the extreme treatment. The double strap is transformed into a single bold one, the sole size has been doubled and last but not least the tongue has been supersized as well. All that together with a silver metallic reptile upper certainly makes for one bold statement. Look out for these in October 2010 at The Good Will Out and other premium Puma accounts.

More detailed images of the sneaker follow after the jump.
