As one of Netflix's new flagship dramas, the streaming platform has rolled out the teaser trailer for the forthcoming sophomore season of Ozark which tells the harrowing story of the Byrde family who were forced to go on the run to the isolated parcel of land in Missouri after things went terribly wrong with a drug cartel.
Although there is only 40 seconds of actual new footage, it still packs a wallop; insinuating chaos on land and sea, and with an ominous voiceover from Laura Linney who asks, "So that’s it? We go back in that house, we go to bed, wake up in the morning and we kiss the kids?”
Ozark can be binged fully starting on August 31.
