The art world can be an intimidating place. With HIGHArt, Highsnobiety is aiming to break down the entry barrier and steer clear of the elitist mindset that is often associated with the art industry. The HIGHArt collection spotlights artists, brands, and institutions that transcend the art space with both classic and quirky creations spanning apparel, accessories, home goods, and collectibles. Much of what makes HIGHArt so special is collaboration. Limited to 50 units worldwide, here we find art collective Slavs and Tatars reinvigorating Havaianas’ signature Tradi Zori flip-flop. The design implemented on the footwear revolves around the artists’ ‘Mother Tongues and Father Throats’ artwork, created in reference to the throat being a source of mystical language.
