B. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the information you provide as part of the survey (in particular your responses and, if applicable, your contact information).

C. HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION

The survey helps us to better understand the needs of our customers and identify areas where we can improve our service.

To get a deeper understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of our customer journey, we combine your survey responses with the following information we collected in connection with your order(s) in our online store: order history, shipping and billing information and contact information. We use this information only for the purpose of the survey. The results of the survey will be used to improve our services. These results do not contain any information that would allow the identification of the participants. The information will not be shared with third parties, except for the technical provision of the survey as described below.

For conducting the survey we use simplesat, a service of Duoventures Limited (d/b/a Simplesat), 5/F., Heng Shan Centre, 145 Queen’s Road East Wanchai, Hong Kong. The data collected in the survey will be stored by Hotjar server on our behalf. Further information can be found in Simplesat’s privacy policy: www.simplesat.io/privacy/ .

The information provided as part of the survey will be deleted after 36 months at the latest. We may store and use the results of the survey for a longer period of time.

D. LEGAL BASIS

Legal basis for this data processing is your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to dpo@highsnobiety.com .

YOUR RIGHTS

As a person concerned, you have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data.

If you wish to assert your rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object to data processing or revoke your consent to data processing, please send an e-mail to dpo@highsnobiety.com .

• the right to information about the personal data processed by us, the purposes of the processing, categories of recipients, the duration of storage or the criteria for determining the duration of storage, the origin of the data, your rights as a data subject, the existence of automated decision making including profiling and about the appropriate guarantees in the event of transfer of data to a third country;
• the right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• the right to deletion if the purpose of the processing ceases to exist, if consent is withdrawn or if there is no other legal basis, if the data have been processed unlawfully or if you have objected to the processing; the right to restrict processing;
• the right to data portability, if the data processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a) or Art. 9 (2) lit. a) or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR;
• the right to object to the processing if the processing is based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR;

If you have consented to the processing of personal data, you may revoke your consent at any time. Revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until revocation.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data by Titel Media relating to you infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
