A product of Yoshida Trade Company, Vague Watch Co.’s timepiece expertise dates back to 30 years ago, when it began working as an antique watch dealer. Fast forward, and the reputable brand has now been producing nostalgic and contemporary watches for two decades, specializing in affordable styles based on iconic, vintage designs. Drawing from the legendary Rolex Submariner, the BLK SUB is Vague’s flagship model, which is designed to give the appearance of having been used for years. The main body, for example, is IP plated, as the surface has been shaved to achieve a rough and worn texture. Similar to the body of the watch, the stainless steel belt has undergone an aging and grinding process to further deliver a vintage aesthetic. The BLK SUB comes with both stainless steel and nylon belts, in addition to a tool for changing the belt.
