The first reactions to sci-fi thriller A Quiet Place Part II are in and the reviews are overwhelmingly positive.

The much-anticipated sequel continues where the original left off. Starring Emily Blunt (who is reprising her role as Evelyn Abbott), Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds, and John Krasinski (who also directed both franchises), the film follows the Abbott family's fight for survival in a post-apocalyptic world overrun with aliens who hunt by sound.

Paramount concluded its test screenings and judging by the critical reaction, it's safe to say A Quiet Place Part II delivers, with one critic even comparing Krasinski's directing chops to Steven Spielberg.

A Quiet Place Part II lands in theaters March 20. Rewatch the trailer below and scroll on to read what critics had to say about the movie.
