Editor’s Notes: Noah and Barbour have come together for the first time ever for a special FW20 collaboration. Inspired by the British brand's 126-year heritage, the joint project finds Noah reimagining classic Barbour garments through vibrant colorways and patchwork designs.

"I’ve been a lifelong Barbour fan so this was a really special opportunity for us," said Noah's co-founder and creative director, Brendon Babenzien. "Many of us at Noah have been wearing Barbour for years and feel a real connection to the Barbour lifestyle - and I think a genuine connection is absolutely paramount in developing a strong collaboration."

Barbour x Noah FW20 consists of jackets, T-shirts, sweats, and accessories. Leading the assortment are the original Beaufort Wax Jacket and the Bedale Jacket, both of which were introduced in the 1980s.

The Beaufort is offered in a navy, olive, burgundy, and black colorway, featuring the iconic corduroy collar, a full-length back pocket, and tartan fleece lining. Noah has updated the jacket with a patchwork design.

The Bedale arrives in bright yellow, with co-branded pocket embroidery. The waxed cotton jacket is outfitted with a corduroy collar, two lower bellows pockets, two moleskin-lined hand-warmer pockets, and tartan fleece lining.

Noah's complimentary T-shirts incorporate graphics inspired by Barbour catalog imagery from the 1980s and 1990s, while the sweats and accessories draw from the New York brand's functional approach and high-quality engineering.

"Because we have such tremendous respect for the Barbour products already, we decided to keep the changes incredibly simple and subtle," Babenzien added. "We really only wanted a bit of Noah to enter the conversation; too many updates to an already incredible product and you could spoil it. We experiment with traditional themes in our design every day and try to make the most subtle adjustments that are simultaneously holding to classic style but evolving just enough to feel new and unique. This collaboration gave us the perfect opportunity to do that.”

The FW20 collection from Noah and Barbour will be available beginning September 24.
