In celebration of it's Pre-Fall 2019 Men's line, Dior is opening a series of minimal pop-up stores that serve to highlight the futuristic nature of the collection.

Described as "pods," these pop-up stores are created as modular spaces that interact with their environment. Inside, the design mimics the retro-futurism of the Pre-Fall ’19 ready-to-wear collection, which is exhibited alongside accessories.

What's more, the installation also features a five-meter replica of Hajime Soroyama's feminine robot sculpture that was created specifically for Dior's Pre-Fall '19 runway show in Tokyo last November.

Kicking off in Washington DC, the first pop-up store is open now and will run until May 6. After that, Dior will move over to the Jewel Court in Costa Mesa's South Coast Plaza from May 14 through 28. A smaller pop-up is also currently running in Toronto's Yorkdale Shopping Center, where it will stay until May 31.
