Gucci Mane is currently under fire for an insensitive tweet he made over Easter weekend. The Atlanta rapper started his Easter morning by addressing his haters, tweeting "I pray my haters die of corona virus."
Shortly thereafter, Gucci's Twitter feed was flooded with backlash surrounding the coronavirus-related tweet. "But the real hater is the one wishing death upon others. Think about it," one user said.
Gucci Mane didn't stop at leaving the message on Twitter, however. He took to Instagram to post a photo of himself with the same statement. The post was also welcomed with negative comments.
