Two things. One, HAL STUDIOS x adidas collab is a go. And two? Yes, the minds are dropping a Samba together. Well, a Velosamba, that is.

See, HAL Studios is taking on the adidas Velosamba, an adidas' cycling-focused version of the Samba shoe that's everywhere right now.

The Velosamba looks very much like the OG Samba at first. That is, until you discover the nylon plate on the insole and the two-bolt cleat mount on the outsole (that carved-out portion on the bottom), there to offer a better riding experience.

HAL STUDIOS maintains these cycling-worthy features, wrapping them in a simple design with nice materials.

Cream and black hues dress a leather and premium suede upper, while seemingly nylon informs the adidas-branded tongue. As adidas' famous Three-Stripes are outlined with zig-zag stitching, collaborative branding hits on the smooth heel. That's it. Nice and simple.

For those wondering, HAL STUDIOS' adidas Velosamba arrives sometime next month on the brand's website, according to HAL STUDIOS creative director John Bouquet.

HAL STUDIOS dished out three solid ASICS collabs, each garnering high demand amongst sneakerheads. If the Velosamba is anything like the label's ASICS shoes, prepare for another hit.

Over the summer, we suspected HAL STUDIOS cooked up a Samba after a mysterious adidas shoe resembling the popular silhouette surfaced a few times.

Now that HAL STUDIOS has wrapped up its last ASICS project, the brand is ready to get the wheels rolling with its adidas collaboration. Pun intended.
