Take a Closer Look at Justin Bieber's $60,000 Audemars Piguet Wedding Watch
Justin and Hailey Bieber tied the knot for a second time yesterday, holding a lavish ceremony in South Carolina that one-up'd their previous courthouse wedding. To mark the occasion, Bieber splashed out on a luxury watch by coveted Swiss timepiece brand, Audemars Piguet, which he bought from exclusive jeweler, Jadelle Beverly Hills. Check it out above.
The watch is rather demure by some musician's standards, as you can see from the Instagram close-up Bieber posted earlier today. The exact model is an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402BA timepiece, which dates back to 1977 and is credited with revolutionizing watchmaking design codes.
It's not known exactly how much Bieber's watch retails for, but going by another that's currently available to buy online, it's probably somewhere in the region of €60,000 (approximately $65,000).
Made in solid yellow gold, the Royal Oak boasts an octagonal bezel secured by hexagonal screws and houses the world's thinnest self-winding movement. Take a closer look at the timepiece in the gallery up top.
It looks as though Bieber tapped the Kardashian-Jenner clan's go jeweler to cop the Audemars Piguet arm candy. Jadelle Beverly Hills has previously created custom bling for Kylie Jenner's 22nd birthday and Kim Kardashian's neckpieces at this year's Emmys.
