Double Tap to Zoom

Damian Lillard and the 8th-seeded Portland Trailblazers shocked the heavily favorited Los Angeles Lakers by nabbing a 100-93 win to take a 1-0 series lead in their NBA Playoffs first round matchup.

Lillard scored 34 points and added five assists and five rebounds in a win few predicted before the series started. LeBron James had a triple double of 23 points, 17 rebounds, and 15 assists, though that wasn’t enough to take control of the series.

The NBA Playoffs are currently being played at Disney World in Orlando, Florida, meaning the Los Angeles Lakers are having to forfeit the home court advantage they normally would have had, as the top-seeded team in the Western Conference.

Predictably, social media erupted with reactions to Lillard’s masterclass, focusing on “Logo Lillard’s” incredible shooting range and — unsurprisingly — the underwhelming performances of LeBron James’ supporting cast. Check out the best reactions below.
