With Louis Vuitton's Fall/Winter 2020 Paris Fashion Week show scheduled for later this week, Virgil Abloh takes to social media to reveal this season's invitation. Those invited to the fashion house's presentation, titled “Heaven on Earth,” will receive what Abloh is referring to as "a literal piece of time" in the form of a wall clock.

The monochromatic grey clock incorporates LV branding in place of numbers. Additionally, the hands on the clock move counter-clockwise, as Abloh notes, "The clock tho, i re-wired it to spin backwards. there’s also to that metaphor in that but also, as they say “a broke clock is right twice a day...”

Limited to 1,200 units, the Louis Vuitton FW20 clock invitation comes in a specially marked cardboard box.

Prior to unveiling the LV show invite, last week Abloh gave us a preview of Off-White™’s FW20 Paris Fashion Week presentation. He is also opening his new exhibition, “EFFLORESCENCE,” at Paris’ Galerie Kreo tomorrow, January 14.
