Editor’s Notes: The latest addition to Jordan Brand’s Wings initiative is the Nike Air Jordan V “Wings” seen above, featuring artwork on the upper by students at Little Black Pearl, a nonprofit cultural arts center in Chicago.

The Wings initiative was launched in 2015 as a community action program that aims to provide a safe haven and mentorship for at-risk youth. Previous additions to the Jordan Brand “Wings” roster were 2017’s bronzed Air Jordan I and the 2016 Air Jordan XII.

The "Wings" Air Jordan V is scheduled to release Saturday, September 29, at 10 a.m. EDT through Nike.
