I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Palmes is more than just a tennis brand, it’s a lifestyle.

When I say that, I don’t mean you should be living your life like a Palmes lookbook (although there would be nothing wrong with that), I just mean that the brand isn’t solely built for tennis.

Its SS23 collection epitomizes this ethos. In fact, it cements the mantra.

Building on its previous collections of merging contemporary menswear with tennis culture, Palmes delivers an offering rife with graphical elements across tees, sweatshirts, caps, and more.

Complemented by knitted sweaters in organic cotton, tailoring in UK-made pure wool, and zip jackets in tough, durable cotton, the collection truly is a capsule for both on and off-court.

"The Spring — Summer 23 collection acts as a fluid continuation of our ethos at Palmes — striving to cultivate a progressive approach to tennis culture as part of our strive to open up tennis as a sport and culture to outside influences,” explains Palmes founder Nikolaj Hansson.

“By pulling references from whatever elements we find ourselves into at any given time, we seek to shake up the traditional notion of tennis,” he continues.

“We want to expand its appeal with the ultimate goal being to allow for more people to get the same exhilaration and kick of dopamine that one gets when hitting that perfect backhand that you've been practicing for ages on end.”

SS23 — of which drop 1 is available online now — is arguably the brand’s most impressive collection to-date, and certainly the most adaptable on and off-court offering yet. It's safe to say, there’s plenty more to come.
