Two icons unite in this limited edition sneaker and apparel collection by Porsche x MARTINI RACING®. Taking inspiration from the brands’ racing heritage, the range is built to represent speed, success, precision, and, of course, classic car design.

Arriving under the banner “Legends Never Stand Still,” each pair of shoes in the drop — there are five in total — is based on an iconic Porsche MARTINI RACING® vehicle. All silhouettes carry Puma branding, as part of Porsche Motorsport’s ongoing relationship with the legendary German sportswear brand.

The Porsche 917 KH inspires two pairs: Firstly, the white 917 KH, which dominated Le Mans in 1971. The shoes follow the design of the car, featuring number 22 and the MARTINI RACING® stripes along the side. Meanwhile, the second pair pays homage to the 12 Hours of Sebring race, also in ’71 with racing number 3.

The Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 pair takes their cue from the sportiest model in the first generation of 911s from 1973. Here, the shoes combine the spirit of the lightweight construction with a contemporary update, discreetly integrating the racing stripes for a subtle nod to the iconic whip.

Then, the Porsche 936 Spyder also lends its aesthetics to two pairs of sneakers. The car was developed for the World Sportscare Championship and is one of the most successful racing cars of its time. In ’76 alone, it won five of seven races and secured overall victory at Le Mans. The Spyder pairs both arrive in black, one carries the winning #1, the #6 pair (the only non-limited edition in the drop) boasting the iconic bright MARTINI RACING® stripes on the side.

The 1976 936 Spyder also inspires the accompanying apparel collection, which comprises jackets, hoodies, shirts, and accessories, all championing slick racing aesthetics and those speedy stripes. The collection is a must for anyone who lives and breathes motorsports.

The collection will be available to purchase from the Porsche online store this Friday, July 11.
