Editor’s Notes: In lieu of a show this season, heritage label Pringle of Scotland has just launched a very nostalgic "Reissued" capsule that recreates unisex looks using the argyle pattern from its ’80s archives. As seen on Lucien Clarke and Lennon Gallagher in the lookbook above, the new capsule includes a variety of jumpers, cardigans, and t-shirts, socks and accessories using the bold and colorful graphic design.

Pringle's original argyle design was inspired by the tartan of Clan Campbell of Argyll, which featured on the kilts, plaids and socks of Scottish Highlanders of the 17th century. Following that, the diamond motif was used extensively in the brand's ’80s collections, whereby they would be producing up to 10,000 pieces per week.
