Spalding
1 / 2

Spalding is back with a new limited-edition basketball paying homage to the late Kobe Bryant. This particular design is the second installment in the brand's Kobe Marble Series, as it draws inspiration from the sports icon's self-awareness, curiosity, balance, and obsession with detail.

The basketball's alternating white and black panels represent the balance between strength and weakness, physical and mental toughness, and Bryant's two careers, one wearing number 8 and the other wearing number 24. The purple and gold marble pattern then points to the evolution of the game into one's personal style. This is why no two basketballs are exactly the same.

The snakeskin basketball, which is designed for outdoor play, is finished with an embossed Kobe Bryant signature. It comes inflated and game ready for $24.99.
