Several retailers have recently been blessed with exclusives from 1017 ALYX 9SM, but none are as lucky as Britain's END. Clothing, which partnered with Matthew M. Williams' luxury label for an exclusive 14-piece capsule collection. All the ALYX hits are here, from lavish leather outerwear to dyed loungewear, but the all-important rollercoaster buckle is the real reason for the season, inspiring much of the range.

Specifically, the inimitable accent graces an exclusive olive-tinged cap, belt, crossbody bag, and jewelry, splashed in a brand new blue hue that contrasts against the militaristic green shade that pervades this drop. These buckles aren't so dissimilar from ALYX's in-line blue belts, but END.'s are brighter and further distinguished by the olive accompaniment.

A classic silver iteration elevates a black nylon puffer jacket, but perhaps the most intriguing buckle play comes by way of two lightweight hooded T-shirts. These special layering pieces, cut from cotton and finished with taped seams, boast a never-before-seen "exploded" diagram graphic that explores the construction of ALYX's signature statement, a clever way to place the buckle onto a garment that otherwise wouldn't have one.

Williams' technical leanings mesh with technical design cues for a hand-painted polar fleece jacket, fluffy as anything the label has ever done. A comfortable tact informs a special beige sweatsuit — ALYX branding executed in thematic olive green — and an over-dyed T-shirt replete with the St. Marks motif.

Nothing epitomizes ALYX's inimitable approach to apparel better than the hefty calfskin trucker-style jacket, realized with a crocodile effect and riveted metal buttons that are equally utilitarian and opulent. Much like the brand itself, the leather that ALYX uses is tough yet soft, a dichotomy that brings its END. exclusives to life.

All of the exclusive 1017 ALYX 9SM items debut on END.'s website June 12.
