Editor’s Notes: After recently launching its back to basics campaign, American Apparel is back with a new summer essentials collection featuring its signature Loop Terry fabric. The new lookbook — shot in sunny Barbados — includes a number of vacation-ready items in three bold colors: yellow, white, and green.

The release includes matching beach sets, cropped halters, shorts, and sleeveless tank tops for women, while men can kick back this summer with T-shirts, drop shorts, and lounge pants.

The capsule blends vintage and athletic styles, crafted using AA’s soft, lightweight fabric. Moreover, each item is priced below $50, so adding to your summer wardrobe won't break the bank.
