Audemars Piguet has introduced a series of new watches as a part of its Women Novelties collection. Included in the assortment are six iterations of the brand-favorite Royal Oak, delivered across various color executions and metal configurations.

First to grab our attention, we find the Royal Oak Double Balance Wheel Open Worked arriving in three options of yellow, pink, and white gold, each outfitted with rainbow diamond bezels. Per AP, the new rainbow bezel incorporates 12 different multicolored gemstones, including ruby, tsavorite, emerald, topaz, tanzanite, amethyst, and various sapphires. The watch is offered in 41mm and 37mm sizes, with a Frosted Gold case and bracelet, as the finish originally debuted in 2016 on the the 40th anniversary Ladies Royal Oak. The open-worked, in-house Calibre 3132 and double balance wheel mechanism can then be viewed both from the front and the back of the watch, another feature that debuted in 2016.

After the rainbow assortment, it's the 38mm Royal Oak Self-Winding Chronograph in Pink Gold that drew us in. Perfectly complementing the Pink Gold case and bracelet are a purple dial and surrounding bezel set with 32 baguette-cut amethysts. AP is referring to this new design as a chameleon dial, as it consists of multiple layers of purple PVD. As a result, the dial incorporates tones ranging from pink to purple to blue, of which you can see depending on the angle where light hits.

AP is honing in on another new dial with the 34mm Royal Oak Frosted Gold. The light blue PVD-coated dial boasts the "Grande Tapisserie" pattern that truly catches the eye and acts as the perfect partner to the Frosted Gold case and bracelet. This particular design is powered by the self-winding Calibre 5800, which gives you 50 hours of power reserve.

For something with a little less color but just as show-stopping, AP presents the 34mm Royal Oak in Black Ceramic. While some may shy away from the ceramic configuration, just know that the Swiss manufacturer has perfected such designs over the years. Here, the "Grande Tapisserie" pattern is implemented once again on the dial, similar to the Royal Oak Frosted Gold.
