Since its conception in the 1980s, the Air Jordan 1 has become one of the most iconic sneaker silhouettes in history. First debuted on the court in November ’84 in its iconic black and red colorway, the countless iterations to have followed in its complex history are coveted by collectors around the globe. Released earlier this year, this colorway is a must for Los Angeles Lakers fans considering the team's signature yellow on its full-grain leather upper overlays paired with its bright purple laces.
Air Jordan 1 "Neutral Grey/Hyper Crimson"
This all-new colorway and construction blended a soft black leather base with beautiful grey brushed suede paneling, made to pop by its "Hyper Crimson" suede collar and inner lining. It was also the first Jordan 1 High OG to come with text on its midfoot panel, stating its spring ’19 release and model name.
Air Jordan 1 "Turbo Green"
Released as part of the 2019 NBA All-Star Collection, this washed, "Turbo Green" leather upper is a homage to the Charlotte Hornets team colors, who hosted the game this year.
Air Jordan 1 "Couture"
According to Jordan Brand, this premium Air Jordan 1 comes inspired by luxury Italian sports cars, rendered in a black and red color scheme. That hasn't stopped speculation that the red bar strip on its side panels is a nod to the "banned" Air Jordan 1, though.
