Glassdoor has released a report detailing the 25 highest paying internships in the US for 2019.

Unsurprisingly, tech companies make up a large portion of the list at 44%, followed by finance and consulting firms. The highest compensation offered to interns is from Facebook, with a median monthly salary of $8,000, which, if paid full-time, would equate to $96,000 annually. In second place is Amazon, offering $7,725, and customer relationship management software company Salesforce is third with $7,667.

Google, Microsoft, and Uber also all pay interns a median of over $7,000 per month, whereas Apple clocks in just under at $6,667. Tesla comes in at #18, paying its interns a median monthly salary of $4,667.

The results were garnered from reports by US-based interns on Glassdoor between March 1, 2018, and February 28, 2019. Read the full report here.
