Double Tap to Zoom

Birds of Prey arrives in theatres today and the internet is already calling it the "best DC movie since Wonder Woman." If that wasn't convincing enough, even the critics seem impressed — the film currently holds 86 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, which, in case you were wondering, is 20 percent higher than Joker.

Over the last few hours, fans have taken to social media to praise the movie from all angles — the soundtrack is fire, apparently, it's better than it's 2016 predecessor Suicide Squad (not hard), the cast is great, and, all in all, it's just a really fun time.

Directed by Cathy Yan and written by Christina Hodson, the movie is based on DC Comics' all-female superhero team, Birds of Prey. Watch the trailer below and keep scrolling to see what Twitter has to say.
