BMW has long been synonymous with cutting-edge technology, smooth design, and a driving experience that transcends utility. Now, the Bavarian car manufacturer ventures into new territories of multimedia artistry with 3D and CGI artist Antoni Tudisco. The result? A blend of automotive innovation and digital creativity that accelerates BMW into virtual realms.

Tudisco brings his expertise from working with luxury brands like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Marc Jacobs to create something truly next-level—a project that goes beyond just CGI artwork. "I’m a collector of contradictions: technological advances and organic forms, urban architecture and surreal landscapes—all this fascinates me. It is this dance of contrasts that repeatedly inspires me to think of my work in new dimensions."

For the collaboration, he gives BMW’s electric icons—the i4 M50, i5 M60, and iX M60—a futuristic makeover in his vibrant, surreal style, blending reality with the imagined. "BMW M brings precision and dynamics, I bring vision and emotion," he says on the collaboration. "My style flows into the work by adding the spontaneity and passion that drives my creativity. The goal is to create something that appeals to the heart of the beholder, something that goes beyond the brand."

The otherworldliness of Tudisco's art is a fitting universe in which to situate BMW M's creations. Progression, innovation, and a constant pushing of boundaries are at the heart of all they do. In this instance, the brand have combined the power of a BMW M with the ultra-fine technology of an electric vehicle. The best of both worlds.

The BMW i4 M50 sits enthroned in an organic-artificial living environment, resembling the harmonious and meditative interplay of flora, fauna, and water. This vibrant world uses water as a central element and features Munich’s silhouette in the background, subtly grounding this surreal space in urban reality. Adding to the scene’s elegance, the oversized Avatar—designed specially for BMW—is depicted sitting cross-legged, radiating grace and inner serenity, embodying the connection between the worlds of art and performance.

The BMW i5 M60 emerges in a pulsating high-end luxury world defined by geometric shapes, shining metallic surfaces, and translucent forms. In this architectural playground, the vehicle becomes a masterpiece, its majestic calm contrasting the pulsating surroundings. Reflections of BMW Tower and BMW Welt shimmer in its paintwork, seamlessly tying the BMW i5 M60 to its luxurious, architectural roots.

The BMW iX M60 accelerates from Munich into the metaverse, where fluid colors and dynamic shapes react to every move of the vehicle. A digital river of light and shine flows beneath its wheels while holographic objects and abstract forms reshape themselves in real-time as if the iX M60 is sculpting the world to its desires. Here, the Avatar reappears, shiny and metallic, sitting in the driver’s seat and syncing with the pulsating, holographic designs that transform the digital landscape into a breathtaking work of art.

The story unfolds in three layers. First, we dive into Tudisco’s creative process, then get a behind-the-scenes look at how it all comes together, and finally, witness the complete CGI artwork. As for the BMWs, they each go on a digital thrill ride. The BMW i4 M50 relaxes in a nature-filled world, the i5 M60 steps into a high-tech, luxury space that makes it look like a piece of art. And the iX M60? It owns the metaverse, twisting reality and turning the digital world into a vibrant playground.

If BMW and Antoni Tudisco are making one thing clear, it’s that the future of driving isn’t just about the car—it’s about the ride, the experience, and the worlds we create.
