It's All Love With Carhartt WIP FW23
I'm sure this will come as no surprise, but the fall/winter 2023 season sees Carhartt WIP remix its classic silhouettes with finesse.
We've seen the label consistently offer up highly-wearable takes on workwear classics year after year, never messing too much with its winning formula — and for FW23, it continues doing what it does best.
But, there is one thing that's changed for the upcoming season: the square-shaped woven patch that's always been stamped on the pockets of its chore coats and double-knee pants. In its collection preview for FW23, the patch has a red heart-shaped motif featuring the brand's name inside.
Spreading the love in Human Made-esque style, the seasonal heart motif references the brand’s graphic archive.
Used across staple sweats and hickory-striped workwear silhouettes that nod to traditional American railroad worker uniforms, this drop also sees Carhartt WIP expand on its home accessories selection.
In case the clothing isn't enough for you, a fuzzy heart-shaped rug allows for matching workwear and homeware.
Arriving just as we start gearing up for the summer's hottest days (that's just how the fashion calendar works, unfortunately) you can expect this to be the first of many mini capsules Carhartt WIP has lined up for the FW23 season.
One of those, which we have already been privy to, is its Sacai collaboration that was featured on the runway during Paris Fashion Week. But, for now, it's time to start planning the fall/winter closet with Carhartt WIP's heart-embellished wares.
