Corteiz's Nike Huarache Sneaker Is a Beautifully Rugged Classic
Corteiz is set to rule the world with another Nike classic, the Air Trainer Huarache.
On October 29, Corteiz founder Clint419 unveiled the brand's latest Nike sneaker on a Instagram Close Friends story. It was an honor to make the cut — thank you, Clint.
Once invited inside Clint's VIP IG, the designer showed off some unreleased Corteiz x Nike clothes and the label's forthcoming Air Trainer Huarache sneaker in a smooth tonal grey colorway called "Flat Pewter."
Corteiz's Nike Air Trainer Huarache sneaker preserves much of the OG design's traditional structure, just through the stylistic lens of streetwear's rising ruler. Corteiz's Alcatraz logo hits on the signature midfoot strap, while the internal stretchy bootie gets dressed up in a camouflage print (another win for the camo boys).
Finally, Nike branding joins Corteiz's "RTW" ("Rules the World") slogan on the velvet-textured heel, proving that the label again reigns supreme with another objectively solid Nike collaboration, a perfect fit for Corteiz's classic approach to apparel design.
Corteiz's Nike Air Trainer Huarache sneaker is additionally expected to release in two other colorways before the end of the year.
With Clint already providing first looks at the new shoe, it's safe to assume that the official release is near, and possibly even safer to assume that the collaborative drop is going to sell out with the quickness.
And that's just where things start. Corteiz is also rumored to drop yet another Nike Air Max 95 sneaker in 2024. Big if true!
But, assuming that it is, Corteiz fans are in for double Nike treats in the lead up to 2025.
But, yeah, only if they can get their hands on the brand's coveted (and quickly sold-out) drops.
