Donald Glover has announced his official endorsement for 2020 Democratic presidential candidate, Andrew Yang. The multi-hyphenate entertainer supported Yang's presidential campaign with a pop-up event in Los Angeles yesterday, December 19. Following his public endorsement, Glover has officially been declared Creative Consultant for Yang's campaign.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Yang Gang was out in full force. Fans and supporters queued up for the event yesterday as early as 6 a.m. Signed Merch, including sweatshirts, hats, and posters, were on sale during the event with "$1K" graphics — a nod to Yang’s universal basic income of $1,000 pledge. Glover and Yang were both in attendance.
