Kanye West may not be a frontrunner in the upcoming election, but that doesn't mean people aren't voting for the musician turned "politician." Late last night, West took to Twitter to share a 2020 election ballot with his name listed as a write-in — even though his name already appears as an Independent.

"Friends writing me in," he tweeted.

We're covering the social media post solely to say this: Do not vote for Kanye in the 2020 presidential election. A vote for him is essentially a vote for Trump, as it takes away votes from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Now more than ever, we must get the right people in office — or better yet, the wrong people out — which is why it is vital that every US citizen casts their vote in the 2020 election, and does so with care.

Kanye's Tweet suggesting people vote for him has unsurprisingly sent Twitter into a frenzy. Many have responded to the post by warning others not to cast a vote for West in the upcoming election. You can see some of the best reactions below.
