As the football season draws nearer, EA Sports has unveiled the cover stars for FIFA 20. Eden Hazard, fresh off his move from Chelsea to Real Madrid, will front the game's Standard Edition, while Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk is on the Champion's Edition.

"EA SPORTS FIFA is the biggest Football game on the planet, and I have been playing it for years against my brothers," Hazard said in a press release. "I am lucky to have been on the cover before but to be on FIFA 20 globally is amazing and I hope to excite as many gamers as I do when I take the field for Real Madrid this season!"

van Dijk added: "It is a huge honour for me to be on the cover of FIFA 20. I’ve been playing FIFA for as long as I can remember and so it’s an extremely proud moment for me to be representing Liverpool FC on the cover of such an iconic game."

FIFA 20 will feature a new Volta game inspired by smaller games played on the streets, cages, and futsol courts around the world. Players will be able to customize their player in Career with gear, tattoos, and celebrations while playing through a career mode.

Other upgrades will include new strafe dribbling, Active Touch Tackling, overhauled shooting, and a new Ball Motion System.

FIFA 20 Standard Edition releases worldwide September 27, while the Champion's Edition drops three days earlier on September 24.
