Elon Musk continues to relinquish himself of "all physical possessions," jointly selling four of his Bel Air properties as part of a $62.5 million bundle. The listing is described as "a project for the big thinker."

Though not entirely connected as a compound, the properties are in close proximity to one another. 10947 Chalon Road, as well as 954, 955, and 958 on Somera Road, are located on a hill that offers panoramic views of Los Angeles.

According to public records, Musk paid $24.25 million for the 954 Somera property in 2016. The newly built house contains 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms across 9,309 square feet.

Next door is the first property he acquired on the cul-de-sac. The four-bed, four-bath home spans 2,963 square feet and was built by the original owner in the 1960s.

Further down the street is 958, a two-story colonial-style property with a pool, library, and two-car attached garage. Musk paid $6.4 million for it in January 2019.

The bundle also includes a more contemporary four-bedroom, six-bathroom family home at 10947 Chalon Rd, which Musk bought for $20 million back in 2015.

Check out the two mansions he listed earlier this month.
