Editor's Notes: When adidas' Ultraboost burst onto the market back in 2015, it was met with a huge wave of support, ensuring its status as an instant classic.

Thanks to the success of its debut in "Triple White" and "Core Black," the lifestyle silhouette (first spotted on the feet of runners) went on to be one of Three Stripe's most popular silhouettes for several years.

Like all good things, the incredible popularity of the Ultraboost slowly tapered off. It's difficult to pinpoint why the sneaker saw such a significant decline, but perhaps the blame lies with its later iterations – proof overcomplicating a simplistic design rarely pays off.

You can still find plenty of Ultraboosts on the general market, retaining their status as a flagship product, although, in my experience, you're unlikely to spot many outside of fitness spaces.

For those on the hunt for a classic version of the silhouette, END. has your fix. Forfeiting the allure of later iterations of BOOST, the themed drop takes the Ultraboost OG 1.0 as its foundation before giving it a luxurious feel with an updated fabrication.

Dubbed "Ceramic Craze," the poetry studio-inspired silhouette combines natural hues synonymous with the sneaker – "Core White," "Off-White," and "Core Black." Bringing these tones and the theme to life is a mix of Primeknit and cracked-texture leather, resembling clay's imperfections.
